1. Warranties

Claiming a Warranty Issue

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please complete the Return/Warranty Claim Form to initiate your claim.
Oliver Tech acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for warranty approvals or rejections—we forward your product to the relevant distributor or vendor on your behalf.

Defective/Faulty Products

All defective products covered under warranty will be sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund based on their warranty policies.
Warranty claims will be rejected if the product:
Has been physically damaged.
Has been incorrectly installed or mishandled.
Is missing original packaging or accessories.

Replacing Faulty Equipment

We will process the warranty for faulty equipment only after the issue has been officially confirmed by the authorized service agent.
The warranty process usually takes up to 20 working days to be completed.

Warranty Eligibility

Warranty applies only to products where warranty information is clearly mentioned on the product page.
If no warranty is stated, the product is considered non-warranted.

2. Returns

Goods That Do Not Match the Description

At Oliver Tech, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If a product does not match the description on our website, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or cancel the order by returning the product(s) in their original, unopened condition along with all packaging materials and documentation.

Video Proof Requirement

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing or unwrapping video immediately upon receiving your parcel.
This video acts as proof in case the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
Without proper video evidence, claims for return or exchange will not be accepted.
Videos recorded after unboxing will not be considered valid for return or refund claims.

Tampered or Damaged Seal

Please carefully check the outer seal of the package upon delivery.
If the seal appears tampered with or damaged in any way, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately for assistance.
