Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information

At Oliver Tech, we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable deliveries across the UAE. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your laptops reach you safely and on time. Depending on the location and circumstances, your order may also be delivered by our own company vehicles or verified delivery partners—always with your satisfaction as our top priority.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the value of your items (for insurance purposes) and the delivery destination. We never charge extra for orders that require multiple parcels. If your items are stored in different warehouses, we’ll consolidate them into a single shipment for your convenience. This may result in a slight delay of one to two additional business days to ensure everything arrives safely and together.

3. Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to courier schedules and unforeseen circumstances. If you have a specific delivery timeframe in mind, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order on the Track Order page by entering your Order Number and Phone Number or with the Tracking Number as well. We are integrated with Leopards Couriers, so you will receive real-time updates directly from the courier system. This ensures that you are always informed about the status and location of your shipment.

5. Delivery Requirement

A signature is required upon receipt of all shipments to ensure the security and confirmation of your delivery. For orders paid via card, a valid Emirates ID (or identification) of both the cardholder and the recipient may be required at the time of delivery. This additional verification step is in place for security purposes—to protect against fraud, chargebacks, and to comply with banking regulations if verification is requested.

6. Order Refusals and Returns

If an order is refused or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if it is declined or undeliverable, Oliver Tech will issue a full refund—including shipping fees—provided the order has been prepaid. We do not charge any additional fees for returned orders. Please note that refusing an order, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD), is strongly discouraged. Such situations can cause delays, complications, and may risk product damage during extended return transit. We kindly request all customers to carefully review their order details before confirming the purchase to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
